Glozinfinity provides professional website development, custom branding, domain configuration, WhatsApp and click-to-call integration, SEO, enquiry forms, booking systems, and product catalogue solutions across our Presence, Leads, Bookings, Catalogue and Pro plans.
Features available depend on your selected plan. Upgrades may be purchased at any time to unlock additional capabilities.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, images and preferences. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you provide. You must not use our services for unlawful, harmful or misleading activities.
Payments & Billing
The Presence plan is ₹599/month, billed monthly. All plans are monthly subscriptions. Upgrade fees are one-time and non-refundable. There is no downgrade fee; downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and content created by Glozinfinity remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a license to use the website for your business. Ownership and usage rights are detailed in your service agreement.
Termination
You may cancel according to your subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or misuse our services. Upon termination, your website and associated services will be taken offline after the notice period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glozinfinity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
